Fitness Training Classes - Kettlebell Hell
Kettlebell Hell classes use a combination of calisthenics, plyometrics, TRX bands or rings, several other strength training equipment, and of course, kettlebells, to create ever-changing, high-intensity exercise class that will leave you breathless... once you learn how to use kettlebells! This is not as simple as it seems! Everyone has unique postures that need to be taken into account when learning to swing a heavy weight above your head. But if you learn to do it correctly, especially for your particular posture, the principles you learn will carry over into all the other exercises you do!
UPDATE: COVID Friendly Small Group Outdoor Classes
I am forming a Beginner class (consisting of no more than 4 people) at Wickman Park in Rocklin 2x/week, starting March 8th, on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am. It will run at 4 week intervals, with the first 2 weeks spent learning the basics of using kettlebells, with the second 2 weeks spent learning more advanced kettlebell exercises and incorporation of other equipment and higher intensities. I have kettlebells in sizes 15lbs, 18lbs, 26lbs, 30lbs, and 35lbs. I ask that you bring your own yoga mat however. Sanitizer will be provided. Classes may be rescheduled due to inclement weather. Contact me if you have any questions. To hold your spot in the class, please purchase a "hold spot" below and it will be credited toward your class purchase. If the class does not run, you will be refunded. Advanced classes will be primarily HIIT-focused, but not to the exclusion of good technique. I will make you stop if you're not doing it right. :) In-home Private & Semi-Private Classes The same classes are available in the privacy of your home, or if you prefer, a park or office location. |
